01One-to-one
Mental health support
I provide one-to-one mental health support for adults and children, and I also work with families and couples. I specialise in autism and ADHD, trauma, anxiety and panic attacks. We will work collaboratively to understand what you need and shape individualised support around your circumstances, preferences and pace.
02Specialist support
Neuro-affirming specialist
I respect that people think, communicate and process the world in different ways. My neuro-affirming practice does not pathologise difference or aim to make anyone conform. I adapt our work around your needs, strengths and identity, working with you to find support that feels relevant and respectful.
0312-week programme
ADHD coaching
My 12-week ADHD coaching programme is practical and goal-focused. I support you to explore organisation, routines, emotional regulation and self-understanding, alongside the positive growth that matters to you. We will agree manageable next steps and use compassionate accountability to review what is helping and adjust the approach when needed.

Clinical supervision
I provide Level 5 clinical supervision for students and qualified practitioners. If we proceed, we will work within a clear six-session structure, with care around pacing and boundaries.

06One-to-one
Pain Regression Therapy
I offer Pain Regression Therapy as a pain-focused mind–body approach drawing on principles from Pain Reprocessing Therapy. For some people with persistent primary or nociplastic pain, it may support a better understanding of how pain is processed and help reduce fear or avoidance around pain. Evidence is emerging, and this approach is not a replacement for medical assessment or treatment. Please speak to your GP or another relevant healthcare professional about persistent or new pain; pain should not be assumed to be psychological.
